- Call us or fill out a professional apartment search registration form.
- Set up an appointment so your agent can take you out to view the properties - OR - let your agent know which properties you are going to view so you can be pre-registered with the properties for expedited service.
- WHEN VIEWING THE PROPERTIES, BE SURE TO WRITE "THE APARTMENT KEY" AS THE REFERRING LOCATOR ON EVERY GUEST CARD & APPLICATION.
- If your agent is not with you, let your agent know which property you are leasing at to qualify for your rebate.
- After you move in, fill out a rebate request form to receive your $100 Rebate.

- Search through our online database of apartments & once you have selected which apartments you are interested in, click on the link to view/email your property selections.
- Select the option to "Schedule A Showing With A Leasing Professional" to get pre-registered for your selected properties.
- WHEN VIEWING THE PROPERTIES, BE SURE TO WRITE "THE APARTMENT KEY" AS THE REFERRING LOCATOR ON EVERY GUEST CARD & APPLICATION.
- Once you have decided where you plan on leasing, call or email us to let us know which property you have selected in order to qualify for your rebate.
- After you move in, fill out a rebate request form to receive your $100 Rebate.
